We offer a safe context for those on the margins to learn life skills alongside Open College Network qualifications in Confidence building, substance misuse, Health and Safety at work, wood working, recycling and building a work portfolio.
Objects: The Promotion Of Social Inclusion For The Public Benefit By Preventing People From Becoming Socially Excluded, Relieving The Needs Of Those People Who Are Socially Excluded And Assisting Them To Integrate Into Society By;providing Education, Training, Advice, Support And Access To Employment Opportunities To Enable Them To Develop New Skills And Change The Direction Of Their Lives;the Prevention Or Relief Of Poverty By The Provision Of Goods, Services, Advice And Support Andsuch Other Charitable Means As The Trustees See Fit In Furtherance Of Said Object.for The Purpose Of This Clause ‘socially Excluded’ Means Being Excluded From Society, Or Parts Of Society, As A Result Of One Of More Of The Following Factors: Unemployment; Financial Hardship; Youth; Ill Health (physical Or Mental); Substance Abuse Or Dependency Including Alcohol And Drugs Or As An Offender Rehabilitating Into Society”
