**Activities:** Spirited will provide a wide range of opportunities for individuals to positively impact their own wellbeing and live an enriched life where they maintain their independence for as long as possible. Spirited centres around 5 principles of wellbeing and many of our projects are underpinned by more than 1 of these principles. The 5 principles are: Physical, Mental, Social, Financial and Nutritional.
