We have audited the finan¢iai ststements of YMCA Wellinglon And Distri¢¢ {the 'chAritsble company,) for the period ended
30th M8reh 2025 which comprise the Ststement of Financial Aetivitie& the Balance She¢L the Cash Flow Staternent and notes to

applied in their prepordtion is applicable law and United Kingdom A￿O￿nting Standards (United Kingdom Generally Accepted

- have been prepared in ￿cordanCe with the requirements of th¢ Charities Art 2011.
B#si$ for qu#lifJed OPÉDion
We conducttd our audkt in accordartee with Inremaiional Stsndards on Audiiing (UK) {ISAs {UK)) and applicable law. Our
responsibilities under those Standards are further described in the Auditor5, restxjnsibilities for the audit of the financial ststem¢nts
section of our r¢wrt. We are independent of the ¢h8ritable company in accordance with th¢ ¢thi¢pl requirements ihai are relevant to
our audit of the financial statements in the UK including the FRC$ Ethical Stand&rd, and we have fulfilled ow oth¢r eihical
responsibilities in aceordan¢e with these requiremeThts. We believe that the audit ¢vidence we have obthined is 5uffieient and
appropriate io provid¢ a basis forouropinÈon.
Our audit work inelud¢d o)nsideTation of tsvo revenue conll3cts undertaken during the year ended 30 M?￿h 2025 relating to the
d￿rity's 5UPPOrting people a¢tivities. The ¥udit evidence availabl¢ in respeei of these contrA¢ts was limited and, a re5uII. we were
unable to obtain sufficient appropriak audit evidence to cortclude whether the full income of £183.909 recognised in the year had
been rccorded in the corre￿ accounting period and appropriately pre5enteil in ¢h¢ financia] statements.
The SAme contrKts were also in place during the year etthd 31 March 2024. when income of £187,374 was ￿e08￿]sed. Due to the
ongoing limitations in audit evidenc¢ Telating kn these arrnngements. we weR similarly unable to ¢onclude whether thai income had
been recognised in the appropriate accounting period.
Furthermi)r¢, included within restricted fvnds is £184,674 relating to the sales pro¢¢¢ds in respect of a part disposal in 1995 of on¢
of the freehold properties owned by the charity. Due to the length of time that has elapsed sirtee the transaction, no audit evidence
is available io Th￿ify whether the proceed5 ¥r¢ resth¢ted in natur¢ or otherwise. Acoydingly, we are unable to LY)nfirn wheth¢r this
amount h&$ been classified WTrectly in the fitwJcig] ststements.
Concluslons relating to golng eon¢¢rn
In auditing the financial ststements, we hav¢ concluded that th¢ trMsiees' use of the going concern basts of aceourttin8 in the
prep￿tiOn of the financial sta¢ements is appTopriat¢.
Based on the work we have perfom)e¢L we have not identified any material uTrcertainti¢s r¢lating to events or condiiions tho(
individually or collectively, may cast $18nifi¢4nt doubt on the charitable company's ability ￿ continue #s a 80in8 concern for a
