**Objects:** TO PROMOTE HUMANE BEHAVIOUR TOWARDS ANIMALS, IN PARTICULAR THE GERMAN SHORTHAIRED POINTER BREED, BY PROVIDING APPROPRIATE CARE, PROTECTION, TREATMENT AND SECURITY FOR ANIMALS WHICH ARE IN NEED OF CARE AND ATTENTION BY REASON OF SICKNESS, MALTREATMENT, POOR CIRCUMSTANCES OR ILL USAGE AND TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC IN MATTERS PERTAINING TO ANIMAL WELFARE IN GENERAL AND THE PREVENTION OF CRUELTY AND SUFFERING AMONG ANIMALS.Ö:1) TO ACT AS THE BREED RESCUE FOR GERMAN SHORTHAIRED POINTER (GSP) DOGS WHETHER THEY BE KENNEL CLUB REGISTERED, NON REGISTERED OR CROSS BRED GSP DOGS. 2) TO ASSIST, AS FINANCES PERMIT, WITH THE MEDICAL TREATMENT OF ANIMALS IN EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES.3) TO ALLOW ACCESS TO THE CHARITIES SERVICES BY ALL PEOPLE REGARDLESS OF FINANCIAL CIRCUMSTANCE BY HAVING A FLEXIBLE FEE STRUCTURE4) TO DELIVER THESE SERVICES THROUGHOUT THE UNITED KINGDOM [SCOTLAND] [NORTHERN IRELAND] AND BY COMMITTEE AGREEMENT, TO ANIMALS BEING REHOMED TO THE UNITED KINGDOM FROM OTHER EUROPEAN COUNTRIES.

**Activities:** Promote humane behaviour towards animals, in particular the German Shorthaired Pointer breed, by providing appropriate care, protection, treatment and security for animals which are in need of care and attention by reason of sickness, maltreatment, poor circumstances or ill usage and to educate the public in matters pertaining to animal welfare in general and  prevention of cruelty and suffering.
