||Transitional period for Year 6 tojoin gradually from Easter, to support the||
||transition from primary to secondary school.||
||Feedback from theyoung people is paramount, and sessions are||
||provided to support this. Youngerattendees want more trips, including||
||residentials.<br>Older attendees want budgeting and financial advice||
||(sessions have been with Citizens Advice).||
||A partnership with InKind Direct, countrywide hygienefocus group aiming||
||atfemale hygiene poverty.||
||Evolve Music project which took place with neurodiverse young people,||
||wellattended.||

- Reserves are set at around £1000. 

- Brief statement of the charity’s policy on reserves As at 31/3/2025 there were significantly more held in reserves, with a cash total of £27641, of which £5637 was restricted. £17592 was earmarked for specific projects including: £7138, Lottery Grant Funding (in 2024) for delivery of weekly Wednesday after school sessions, the grant to be spread over a two year period. The flag project — providing the flags and also conducting workshops for community members as well as young people to decorate them. Super Saturday — to fund the monthly sessions for years 6 and above, along with Warhammer sessions, open to all ages. Young people development — to provide focussed sessions, for example cooking, specific to the requests of the youth group attendees. Outreach work. Residential, and activity trips. Funding from other partners locally - One Stop, Spark Somerset, and Tescos Stronger Starts

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended **31/03/2025** 

**Responsibilities and** As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation **basis of report** of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”). 

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
