Objects: To Relieve The Needs Of Care Leavers For The Public Benefit, In Particular But Not Exclusively By:1) Providing Grants Of Financial Assistance To Care Leavers In Financial Need. 2) Providing Advice, Information, Mentoring And Support Designed To Develop Their Skills, Capacities And Capabilities, To Enable Them To Participate In Society As Independent, Mature And Responsible Individuals.for The Purposes Of This Clause “Care Leavers’ Means Persons Between The Ages Of 17 And 25 Who Have Either Been Looked After At Any Time Or Otherwise Supported By Registered Foster Carers In England Or Wales Or Otherwise Supported By The Public Care System In England And Wales.
