**Objects:** THE CHARITY HAS BEEN ESTABLISHED FOR PUBLIC BENEFIT FOR THE FOLLOWING CHARITABLE PURPOSES: 1) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION, AWARENESS AND APPRECIATION OF THE PUBLIC AND, IN PARTICULAR, CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE IN THE ART AND SCIENCE OF MUSIC; AND/OR2) WITHOUT LIMITATION TO THE ABOVE, TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION, AWARENESS AND APPRECIATION OF THE PUBLIC AND, IN PARTICULAR, CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE IN ALL FORMS OF MUSIC AND PERFORMING ART; AND/OR3) PURSUE SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES CONSISTENT WITH THE ABOVE AS THE BOARD IN ITS ABSOLUTE DISCRETION SHALL DETERMINE.

**Activities:** We produce, promote and create opportunities for children and young people to improve their mental health and wellbeing through singing. The benefits of singing, especially in groups, are wide-ranging with extensive research supporting the physiological, social, psychological and behavioural benefits.We believe in harnessing the power of singing to improve people's mental health and wellbeing.
