Providing Financial Assistance For Students Wishing To Attend Blackrock College, Dublin, And Other Similar Catholic Schools Or Academic Institutions, Where The Costs May Otherwise Make This Impossible;3.2. The Advancement Of The Arts, And In Particular Of Classical Music And Opera;3.3. The Relief Of Those In Need Because Of Youth, Age, Ill-Health, Financial Hardship Or Other Disadvantage By Providing Financial And Other Assistance To (Without Limitation):3.3.1. Persons In Need Of Assistance During Their Education Or Other Training (Whether Academic, Professional Or Vocational); And3.3.2.
