In 2021/2022 the tower was not open to the public due to the Covid-19 pandemic, except for a few bespoke visits with limited numbers. 2. Our volunteers continued regular maintenance checks of the tower, reporting same to English Heritage. 3. We published and maintained a Martello24 website, Facebook and Twitter pages. 4. With the ending of most Covid-19 restrictions in early 2022 we have been able to plan for the re-opening of the tower for the coming season, i.e. Easter to the end of October. **TAR** March **2012** 4 Section E Financial review At present, we do not haNE any Allocated Reserves.
