**Objects:** FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP AND ASSISTANCE OF THE SICK-POOR PEOPLE IN NEED LIVING IN FORMER SOVIET UNION COUNTRIES WHO ARE THE VICTIMS OF WAR, NATURAL DISASTER OR CATASTROPHE BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF:- ITEMS, GOODS, MEDICAL AND CARE EQUIPMENT, SERVICES AND GRANTS OF MONEY TO INDIVIDUALS AND/OR OTHER ORGANISATIONS WORKING TO PREVENT OR RELIEVE POVERTY; AND- EDUCATION, TRAINING, ADVANCEMENT OF HEALTHCARE PROJECTS AND ALL THE NECESSARY SUPPORT DESIGNED TO ENABLE INDIVIDUALS TO BE SELF-SUFFICIENT.

**Activities:** We aim to improve quality of life, education and medical services in Ukraine by supplying high-tech apparatus originated from the UK, such as medical equipment, beds, computers, books etc. This enables us to regularly equip educational establishments and health organisations with up-to-date facilities in order to provide free and easy access to health services and educational opportunities.
