The charivs tNstees consid8r that an audlt is not required for this year
under sedion 144 of the Act and that an indeperKlent examination is
needed.
It Is my responsibility to:
examine the accounts under sectlon 145 of the Charities Act,
to follow the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission
{under section 145{5)(b) of the Act, and
to state whether parb'cukar matters have come to my attention.
Basls of Independent My examination was carried out in arxordance with general Directions glven
oxaminerfs statemont by the Charity Commission. An examination includes a review of the
accounting records kept by the chaiity arKI a comparison of the accounts
presented vAth those records. It also includes conslderation of any unusual
itèms or disdosures in the accounts. and seeking explanations from the
trustees conceming any such matters. The prccedures undertaken do not
provide all the evidence that ￿￿Uld be wuired in an audit and
corFsequentiy no opinion is given as to whether the ac￿untS present a 'tme
and fair, Mew and the report is limiied to those matters set out in the
statement below.
