Practice applicable to charities preparing theiT financial statements in accordance wilh the Financial Reporting Standard
applicable in the UK and Republic ol Ireland IFRS 1021.
The Trustees, report contain5 the information required to be provided in ihe Trustees, Annual Report under the
Statement of Recornrnended Pra£tice ISORPI guidelines. The TiustÈes' of the Charity are also ch3ritv
trustee5 for the purpose of charity law and under the chariiy's consitutution are known as members of the board
of trustees.
In this report the Trustees of KD Culture present a summary of its purpose. governance. activties,achievement5
and finance5 lor the financial year Ènded 31 December 2023.
