The Trust was established as a Charitable IucoTW)Tated Organisation by a Collslilution dated 28
March 2017. The Trust is governed by the B(wd of Trustees. The first trustecs were appointed by the
Con5ti¢ution of 28 March 2017. Apart from the first tsijstees every tTUStee must be appoknted by a
resolution passed at a properly convened me£ting of th¢ clwity's trustees.
The Charity changed its name from Street Dog SOS on 4 February 2021 in order to better position th¢
harity and its Thai associate to appeal to audiences in ith the UK and Thadand.

keeping the stray dog population in ¢heck and prcventing the birth of many thousands of unwanted
puppies info a life of hardship and sulyering. According to People for the Ethical Treatment of
Animals. one unaltered frmale dog and her olEpring can PTovJu¢e 67,000 puppics in six y&irs. While
is an understanding that not every atiinwl wll survive to adulthood and not every dog will
necessarily bre&1 th&se ar¢ sta88ering Statisti￿ and t￿tarnellt to th¢ impact our organi5ation's
mobile clinics have on th¢ stray dog popuJat&On8. as well as providing vitsi vaccinations to street
do85 who would otherwise be at high risk of d￿caSe and mortality.
Dog Rescue
Although sterilisation and Vdecination are the main ftths of our projec( we wer¢ also able to rescue
and treat 43 street dogs with a number of very serious conditions suth as injury. illness, abuse or
abandonment. Many of the dogs we r￿cu¢ need intensive treatmcnL surgery andlor rehabilitation to
eDabl¢ them to r¢¢ov¢r $0 it's ne¢¢ssary for them to live with us at our shelter. We ¢urrently have 75
resident r¢5cue do8s. four of which are paralysed and need the use of wheelchair5 for their mobility
and requir¢ full time ca￿. We also have a number of dogs other special needs and caTe
requirements such as ampulation4 long tern) ijln¢5s. blinthjess etc and we work hard every day to
care for these dogs to the highest rK)ssible standarf ensuring thexr medi¢aL di¢tary and general
wellbeing needs are met and that they're safe. healthy and happy.

Total incom¢ for the year amwnted to £64.500 (2020: £53.196) and total expenditure to £91.207
(2020.. £77.677), leaving a deficit of £26.707 (2020: deficit of £24.481). Expenditur¢ increased in

At 31 March 2021. the charity's liabilities exceeded its assets by £1.937 (31.03.20'. net assets
£24.770). However, by that dat¢. the trust¢¢s had t*¢n 8SSUT&I of a fillther donation of £20.000.
which was Teceived on 28 April.
The trustees are satisfied that it is appropriate for the charity to prepare accounts on a going CODCCrn
