and guidance to adults with a Leaming Disability andlor Autism within the
Peterborough area.
This could be by providing assistance at people's homes, benefit offices
or medicals. schools or similar and not excluding others which have
enabled disabled adults to remain in their homes and live within the
communty.
Summary of the main
activities undertaken for the

Summary of the main
achievements of the Gharity
during the year
We provided support to over 120 people and their families within
Peterborough and successfully applied for disability benefits such as
Personal Independence Payment, Universal credit and submitted
appeals for claimants who have failed.
This is irnportant work as a high number ol the people we support are
unable to get a care package from local aythorities hen￿ only have us to
fall back on for support.
