The Trustees submit their annual report and examined financial statements for the year ended 31
March 2024. The report and financial statements havÈ been prepared in accordance with the Charities
Act 2011. The Trustees have adopted the provi5ion5 of the Statement of Recommended Practice
ISORPI "Atcounting and Reporting by Charities- IFRS 1021 in preparing the report and financial
statements. The Charity was incorporated on 24 March 2017. It 15 governed by its constitution.

ACHIEVEMENTS AND PERFORMANCE
During the financial year 10 31 March 2024. the charlty has held several churches and religlous
activitles for Its members as ori8inalty intended. The charity ha5 also help organised numerous soclal
gatherlngs where i$5ue5 of community and national concern were discussed.
The Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday 17" December 2023.

As the charitvs trustees you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with
the requirèments of the Charities Act.
Having satisfied myself that the account5 of the Charity ale not required to be audited under Part 16
of the 2006 Companies Act and are eligible for independent examination, I report in respect of my
examination of your charity's accounts as carried out under section 145 of the Charities Act 20111'the
2011 Act'l. In carrying out my examination I have followed the DirertTrOn$ 8lven by the Charitv

accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland IFRS
1021 (effective l January 20151- (Charities SORP IFAS 10211. the Financi31 Reporting Standard
applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland IFRS 1021.
The financial statement5 are prepared on the going concern b•sis underthe historical cost convention.

These linancial statements for the year ended 30 September 2017 are the first financial statements of
the charitable company prepared in accordance with FRS 102, The Financial Reporting Standard
appli¢able in the UK and Republic of Ireland. The date of transition to FRS 102 was l October 2016.
The reported financial position and financial performance for the previous period are not afferted bv
the transition to FRS 102.

No salaries or wages have been paid to trusleès including the members of the committee, during the
year. The trustees did not receive any remuneration for iheir servites12021.. £Nill. The charity did not
meet any individual expenses incurred by the trustees for services provided to the charity.

6. The charity is exempt from tax on income and gains falling within section 505 of the Taxes Act
