WB YEATS BEDFORD PARK PROJECT 1172224
INDEPENDENT EXAMINER'S REPORT for the year ended 30° June 2024
I report on the accounts of the Company for the year ended 30 June 2024
The Charlty's Trustees (who are also the directors of the company for the purposes of company law)
are responsible for the preparation of the accounts. The charity's trustees consider that an audit is
not required for this year under Section 144 (2) of the Charities Act 2011 rthe 2011 Act.) and that
an independent examination is needed. The chariws gross income has not exceeded f250.(X￿. and I
am qualified to undertake tr* examination by virtue of bel￿ a qualified n￿rnber of the Institute of
Chartered Accountsnts in England & Wales.
Having satisfied myself that the charity is not subject to an audit under company law and is eligible
for independent examinalion. it is my responsibility to:
- examine the accounts urKler section 145 of the 2011 Act
- to follow the procedures laid down in the General Directions given by the Charity Commission
under
sertlon 145{5Xb) of the 2011 Act," and
- to state wtr￿ther particular matters have come to my attention.
Basis of the Independent Examin*s ReP￿t
My examination was carried out in accordance with the Generdl Direct?ons given by the Charity
Commission. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the company, and a
comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any
unusual items or disclosures in the accounts, and seeking explanations from you as Trustees
concerning any such rnatters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would
be required in an audit. and limited to those matters set out in the ststement below.
In connection with my examination. no matter has come to my attention
l) which
gives me reasonable cause to believe that. in any material respect, the requiremeTts a) to keep
accounting records in accordance with Section 38G of the Companies Act 21X)6, and b) to prepare
accounts which accord with the accounting records, comply with the accounting requirernents of
Section 396 of the Companies Act 2(X)6 and the methods and principles of the Ststement of
Recomrnended Practice: Accounting and Reporting by Charities have not been met, or 21 to which, in
my opinion. attention should be drawn in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to
be reached.
