## **Achievements and Performance** 

|Summary of the main<br>achievements of the charity,<br>identifying the difference the<br>charity’s work has made to<br>the circumstances of its<br>beneficiaries and any wider<br>benefits to society as a<br>whole.|Para 1.20|A small number of individuals have<br>continued to devote considerable time and<br>effort to ensuring the successful running of<br>the Mill.<br>We continue to provide much needed<br>accommodation for youth groups to enable<br>them to enjoy the mountains of Snowdonia.<br>Over the past year we have continued to<br>invest in the Mill and with double glazing<br>replacement windows, a complete rewire of<br>the electrics, as well as continuing to<br>improve the décor within the Mill.<br>Ongoing plans are in place to continue to<br>update the Mill for the benefit of all of our<br>users.  These plans include the replacement<br>of the dining room door, and the complete<br>revamp of the toilets and shower facilities.<br>Bookings for 2024 are strong and continue<br>to enable us to invest in the mill.|
