## **Achievements and Performance** 

|Summary of the main<br>achievements of the charity,<br>identifying the difference the<br>charity’s work has made to<br>the circumstances of its<br>beneficiaries and any wider<br>benefits to society as a<br>whole.|Para 1.20|Over the past year we have continued to<br>maintain the existing facilities and carry out<br>further enhancements within the Mill.<br>Progress has been hampered by Covid 19<br>and for significant periods the Mill was<br>closed to users.  Lost revenue from users<br>has been offset from government grants<br>received in the year and the Mill has also<br>benefitted from a reduction in rent from the<br>Laspin Trust for the lease on the Mill.<br>A small group of individuals have continued<br>to devote considerable time and effort to<br>ensure the successful running of the Mill<br>this year.<br>There is still significant demand for<br>Coetmor Mill from youth groups and<br>bookings for the remainder of 2021<br>although down on pre-Covid levels were<br>healthy.  This has enabled further<br>improvements to be made in the 2021/2022<br>financial period.  The car park has been<br>revamped, new mattresses have been<br>purchased for the bunk beds and the rear<br>door which was in a bad state of repair has<br>been replaced.<br>Further enhancements will be planned<br>when bookings return to pre-Covid levels.|
