We identified areas of laws and regulation5 that could reasonably be expected to have a mal¢rial efftct on the financial

The charitsble company is managed by a management company which reduces the risk of fraud. We asse55ed the
management companls policies and procedures on fraud risks. No instances of actual, suspected or alleged fraud were
identified by us or the managing company in the y¢ar.
Owing to the inherent limitations of an &udi¢ there is an unavoidable risk that we may not have detected some maÈri81
misstatements in the financial statements. even tholw we have properly planned and perfornied our audit in accordance with
auditing standards. For cxample, the fjJrther removed noTr-complian¢¢ with laws and Tegulalions (irregularities) is from ihe
events and transactions reflected in the financial statements, the less likely the inherently limited pr(￿edutY8 required by
