**Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year** 

The Charity held two General Meetings for all members during the year. One of these was the Annual General Meeting. The Charity held three Trustees’ meetings during the year. Representatives of the Charity met twice during the year with senior officers of the Church of England Pensions Board, with representatives of the Human Resources Department of the Archbishops’ Council of the Church of England and with representatives of the Remuneration and Conditions of Service Committee of the Archbishops’ Council. During the year the Charity gained 121 new members and lost 64 members through death, giving a total membership of 3778 at the end of the year. 

The Charity published 4 Newsletters during the year and distributed them to members by hard copies and email.
