The Charity held one General Meetings by Zoom for all members during **Summary of the main** the year. **achievements of the charity during the year** The Charity held two Trustees’ meetings during the year. Representatives of the Charity met twice during the year with senior officers of the Church of England Pensions Board, with representatives of the Human Resources Department of the Archbishops’ Council of the Church of England and with representatives of the Remuneration and Conditions of Service Committee or the Archbishops’ Council. During the year the Charity gained 151 new members and lost 53 members through death,.

The Charity holds Church of England Central Board of Finance fixed interest securities. At the end of 2022 these had a value of £11, 956
