Section C Objectives and activities
a) To advance the Christian Religion for the public benefit by supporting the continuing work of retired clergy of the Church of England in their local activities and more widely.
Summary of the objects of the charity set out in its governing document
b) To relieve the needs of retired clergy by providing information, support and advice pertaining to housing, pensions and welfare and by encouraging the Church of England leaders at local and national levels to support retired clergy in their care in order to ensure their mental and physical health and wellbeing.

Section D Achievements and performance
Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year
The Charity held two General Meetings for all members during the year. One of these was the Annual General Meeting.
The Charity held two Trustees’ meetings during the year.
Representatives of the Charity met twice during the year with senior officers of the Church of England Pensions Board, with representatives of the Human Resources Department of the Archbishops’ Council of the Church of England and with representatives of the Remuneration and Conditions of Service Committee or the Archbishops’ Council.
During the year the Charity gained 68 new members and lost 41 members through death,.

The Charity holds Church of England Central Board of Finance fixed interest securities. At the end of 2021 these had a value of £13,859

The Charity’s principal source of funds is the Life Membership You may choose to include subscriptions from new members. During the year these additional information, realised £6050. Dividends from the CBF securities realised where relevant about: £390.00
