For the benefit of the public, to relieve the suffering of dogs/cats in need of care or attention (medical care or otherwise) and to provide assistance (physically or financially) in providing care, treatment, food and medicines. **Summary of the objects of the charity set out in its governing document** Also funding for spray and neuter campaigns in Romania (but not restricted to this area) and coordinating rescue places in the UK where adoption will follow assessment.

The Trustees have had regard to the charity commissions guidance on the public's benefit to facilitating rescue spaces for the dogs/cats in need. We also continue to aim to improve the conditions for the dogs in the Botoșani Public Shelter in Romania. 

We will focus our efforts on our ongoing spray/neuter campaign. Continually fundraising for free spray/neutering in the rural areas in and around the Botoșani county. We hope to reduce the suffering of strays and puppies being born on the street and abandoned in or around the public shelter. Also to raise funds to feed the dogs in the public shelter. 

We hope to bring in new volunteers to bring in new energy and ideas to **Summary of the main activities** our efforts. **undertaken for the public benefit in relation to these objects (include within this section the statutory declaration that trustees have had regard to the guidance issued by the Charity Commission on public benefit)**

**Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year** 

Our charity will continue to focus on our search for rescue placements in the UK. We will continue to work with and support the volunteers in the Botoșani public shelters. 

We contribute to our ongoing spray/neuter campaign within the Botoșani county also extending out to the villages on the outskirts. 

We continue to raise funds for travel and prep to dogs offered rescue places here. 

We will continue to raise funds for the monthly food order for the 800+ dogs in the public shelter, also include medicine, veterinary treatment for sick/injured dogs and any supplies and shelter maintenance required. We hope to continue our efforts to support the dogs in Romania and the ones here in the UK.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above
charity ('the Trust.) for the year ended

accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charltles Act 2011

I report in respect of my examlnation of the Trust's accounts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I
have followed all the applicable Directlons given by the Charity Commission
under section 145(51(b) of the Act.
