**Objects:** FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC TO RELIEVE THE SUFFERING OF DOGS IN NEED OF CARE OR ATTENTION, MEDICAL OR OTHERWISE, AND TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE, PHYSICAL OR FINANCIAL, FACILITATING THE RECEPTION, CARE AND TREATMENT OF SUCH ANIMALS, AS WELL AS FINDING FOSTER AND ADOPTIVE HOMES FOR SUCH DOGS, ALSO THE CREATION AND/OR FUNDING OF SPAY/NEUTER PROGRAMMES. FURTHER TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC IN MATTERS PERTAINING TO ANIMAL WELFARE IN GENERAL AND THE PREVENTION OF CRUELTY, NEGLECT AND SUFFERING IN PARTICULAR. THE WORK OF THE ORGANISATION FOCUSES ON ROMANIA BUT IS NOT RESTRICTED TO ANY GEOGRAPHIC AREA.

**Activities:** For the benefit of the public, to relieve the suffering of dogs in need of care or attention, medical or otherwise and to provide assistance, physical or financial, in providing the care, treatment, food and medicines for said dogs, as well as facilitating rescue places for those dogs/cats. Also the creation and funding of spay/neuter campaigns in Romania but not restricted to this area alone.
