## **Positive West Midlands trustees report** The group has had a quiet year, with new premises still elusive, the groups higher value assets from the previous premises have been removed from storage and donated to other charities. Although this is disappointing it was decided by all trustees that with little prospect of new premises, it was a sensible decision and saved any further storage costs. A local LGBT friendly pub which has been very supportive of PWM continues to allow us to use an upstairs room on Friday afternoons for group meetings, which have continued uninterrupted throughout the year. Although the activities we undertook in our own premises have had to discontinue, the group still manages to meet, but attendance is substantially down, and trustees are very aware that unless we find our own premises this situation will worsen. A Christmas party and seaside social excursion were arranged during the year and were very popular, although the the trustees are concerned that this is not the entire purpose of the charity, and that these events were not representative of regular group attendance. The encouraging comments we receive from attending members motivate us all to carry on, but the trustees are no longer optimistic of the groups future. **----- Start of picture text -----**
