The trustees, who are also the directors of The Serendipity Foundotion Limited for the purpose of company law, are
responsible for preparing the Trustees, Report 8nd the financial sialements in accordance with applicable law and
Unite(l Kingdom Accounting Standards (United Kingdom Generally Accepted Accounting Practice).
Company Law require5 the Iru$lees to prepare financial statements for each finandal year which give a true 8nd fair
view of the stale of affairs of the chanly and of the incoming resources and application ol resources, including the
income and expenditure. of the charit8ble company for that year.

The charity is exempt from corporation tax on its charilable aclivilies.
