I report to the charTty trustees on my exarnination of the accounts of Oakworth Community Trust Ithe Trust) for the year
ended 31 December 2022.

As the charity trustees of the Trust yoy are responsible for the preparation Df the accounts in accordance with the
reoyirements of the Charities Act 20111'the Act'l.
I report in resp&tt of my examination of the Trust's acctsunts carried out under Section 145 of the Att and in carrying out
my examination I have followed all applicable Direttions given by the Charity Commission under Section 14515llbl of the
Att.

I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have come to my att&ntion in connection with the
examination giwng me cause to believe that in any material respett..
