|Summary of the objects of the<br>charity set out in its governing<br>document|||The objects of the Trust are to:<br>●<br>Provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation and<br>leisure time to improve conditions for residents.<br>●<br>Secure the future of Oakworth Village Hall through co-operation with<br>the local authority.||
|Summary of the main activities<br>undertaken for the public benefit in<br>relation to these objects (include<br>within this section the statutory<br>declaration that trustees have had<br>regard to the guidance issued by the<br>Charity Commission on public<br>benefit)|||The Trust operated Oakworth Village Hall (Holden Hall) for the first quarter<br>of the period for the benefit of all residents with regular classes. The hall<br>remained closed for a significant period of time due to Covid lockdowns.<br>During this time work was undertaken to improve the facilities whilst the<br>hall could not be used by residents.<br>When restrictions allowed, the hall was reopened following Covid<br>protocols for hirers who wished to restart their classes. An Easter Trail was||

I report to the Irustees on my examination of the accounts of the above
charity {"the Trust'} for the year ended 3111212020
Responsibilities and As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation
basis of report of the accounts in accordance wrth the requirements of the Charities Act
2011 {"the Act").
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carying out my examination, I
have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission
under section 145{5}(b) of the Act.

come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me
