**Activities:** The charity provides fitness; martial arts; boxing coaching and facilities to local residents at an affordable price. Classes run on most weekdays and Saturday's where coaches are available. The users of the services range from complete novices through to aspiring fighters aiming to turn professional. Groups are also run for children with special educational needs.
