FINANOAL REVIEW

The charity operates on revenue colletted throu8h the subscriptions of use￿ accessing our services and through the sales
of awards and club merchandise. Capital costs up io this ￿Int have been rnet through a mixture ol finance and through

ReseThes poll¢v
The charity's reservè5 policy airns to Secure three to six months of running costs within rhe 8eneral free reserves to ensure

FLMJRE PiANS
After 8 busy, but succe5sfvI year, we now have approximately 15C(I child￿n and youn8 people %cessin8 our servi￿$ each

children with a diagnosis of a Special Educational Need or Disability and more space for our younger children. This in turn
has allowed greater eXpanS￿n lor older children in the original part of the building.
¢knr the followin8 year, steps must be taken in order to InC￿aSe the day-t¢>day I￿¢m¢ of the charity. We are aware ol
rSsin8 Utility and operatin8 Costs and rnust make sure we are prepared to face these. We hope to pass as litde as possible

With tirne passin& essential maintenarKe must be carried out over the next two years to ensu￿ the safety and comfgrt tsf
U5er5 and staff. We will begin talks with the Landlord re8ardin8 the replacement ol the main warèhouse roof as this now
lets in water in sweral places. We also after fwe years of Operati￿ need to overhaul the foam pit area5, which will be
quite cost￿. We will plan fundrai51ll8 to ￿hleve this aThJ hope to ccrfnplete this ￿n0VatIOn by the summer of 2023.
