Ultimately, we aim to raise awareness for people that need care and assistance. We aim to campaign, raising awareness for women, orphans, and those with special needs, such as the elderly, or those living with a disability. Support for poor children is paramount, as limited education and child labour limits their prospects. In countries such as Bangladesh, many children are given a job at a young age, which restricts or completely nullifies their education. With more than 100 donors in the UK, we are a driving force for positive change. We are focusing more projects in education by looking into needs of education in Bangladesh for poor and orphan children. We wouldn’t be where we are today without aid from our talented volunteers. Working day and night in Bangladesh, they support our charity and aid people throughout the region. They collect important data, while personally attending families that are in need. This ensures that aid always reaches the right people. In the UK, we have several volunteers who support this charity continuously and help us achieve our objectives. We are also trying to open our help in London UK 2025 to needy and poor people on the street or living in poor conditions.
Section D Achievements and performance
Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year
This is the 8th financial year 2024/25 for our charity since registered with the charity commission. This year we have successfully implemented many small and medium size projects.
This is our 8th accounting and management report to submit the commission and our accountant work to make sure we have the accurate financial data available for public to view.
Our trustees regularly monitored charity commission updates for UK charities during the year and gained a lot of knowledge such as how to move cash internationally dealing charity, how to complain with GDPR 2018 and risk assessment when running projects internationally.
We have an effective volunteer team in Bangladesh where we run our projects. They are very supportive this year and they are committed to give their support continue. One of our trustee will visited in Bangladesh and met our volunteers and some of beneficiary in face to face and gave more update about the work we do and accept and explain about the future of the charity.
Although, our charity very small and not financially very strong but during the year whatever project we implemented they are effective. We could help people in their needs. Our donors donated to all the projects we have implemented in Bangladesh during the year. We are hoping upcoming years we can generate more fund so can support neediest.
Our website for our charity www.pkfcharity.com continued developing and this give opportunity for public to see and view our work from anywhere in the world. We have few social networking sites such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and WhatsApp that allow our donors and partners to see all the regular activity.
Our recent projects throughout the year were very effective as we can help people in a terrible situation. Our donors were very happy with the project and they express their continue support for such project.
We have successfully got the opportunity to receive donate buttons from Facebook and Muslim Fundraising as well as few more sites also accepted our charity to give a button for donation. Our bank also supports us to collect this donation quickly and effectually. We are trying to extend our charity work in London UK and will try to bring some experience volunteer from Bangladesh who can help to run our activities in London.
