**Objects:** TO PROMOTE THE CARE AND UPBRINGING OF CHILDREN FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY PROVIDING FAMILY AND/OR ONE TO ONE MENTORING, ADVOCACY, PARENTING SUPPORT AND SUCH OTHER SUPPORT SERVICES DESIGNED TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF FAMILIES WITH AT LEAST ONE CHILD AGED UNDER 18 WHOSE RELATIONSHIPS ARE AT RISK OF BREAKING DOWN AND WHERE SUCH RELATIONSHIPS HAVE ALREADY BROKEN DOWN.

**Activities:** To promote the care and upbringing of children for the public benefit by providing family and/or one to one mentoring, advocacy, parenting support and such other support services designed to relieve the needs of families with at least one child aged under 18 whose relationships are at risk of breaking down and where such relationships have already broken down.
