THE RELIEF OF PEOPLE WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED OR HARDSHIP AND TO RELIEVE THE DISTRESS CAUSED THEREBY THROUGH PRAYER AND BY THE PROVISION OF FUNDS, GOODS OR SERVICES OF ANY KIND
