## **Structure, Governance and Management** 

_The charity is administered in accordance with the terms of the Deed of Constitution (or Deed of Constitution (Unitary Form))._ 

## _The Charity meets eight times in a year._ 

_The charity exist for the following: the relief of those in need by reason of youth, age, ill health, disability, social, economic disadvantage. It exist for the public benefit. It provides clothing, bedding, food and other services for those in need as the trustee may determine. The provision of grant and financial support to young people all over the world, to enable them to further their education._

## **Statement of Trustees' Responsibilities** 

_The members of Abundant life Trustee must prepare financial statements which give sufficient detail to enable an appreciation of the transactions of the Charity during the financial year. They are responsible for keeping proper accounting records which, on request, must reflect the financial position of the Charity at that time. They are also responsible for safeguarding the assets of the Charity and must take reasonable steps for the prevention and/or detection of fraud and other irregularities._
