Objectives and Activities
The charity is administered in accordance with the terms of the Deed of Constitution (or Deed of Constitution (Unitary Form)). The Charity meets eight times in a year.
The charity exist for the following: those in need by reason of youth, age, ill health, disability, social, economic disadvantage. It exists for the public benefit. It provides clothing, bedding, food and other services for those in need as the trustee may determine. The provision of grant and financial support to young people all over the world, to enable them to further their education

**Trustees’ Annual Report (cont.) Year ended 31 March 2021 Achievements and Performance**
_This year we have seen the charity thrive within the community. We have been able to support women foundations, greenfield area and to provide food and support to homeless in the kings cross area, Bexley and other surrounding areas in the UK, using the minimal fund the charity has received this year. Support (Financial and Emotional ) was provided to many struggling families and individual during the COVID period._
## **Financial Review**
_The principal source of is donations from doner supporting the children in Africa for books and school fees. All other income as per events organised to raise funds. Although financial donations are minimal, the charity has received at tremendous amount of donations through clothing, blanket etc, food items, which are distributed both in the UK and abroad._

## **Statement of Trustees' Responsibilities**
_The members of Abundant life Trustee must prepare financial statements which give sufficient detail to enable an appreciation of the transactions of the Charity during the financial year. Wear are responsible for keeping proper accounting records which, on request, must reflect the financial position of the Charity at that time. They are also responsible for safeguarding the assets of the Charity and must take reasonable steps for the prevention and/or detection of fraud and other irregularities._
