**Objects:** TO PROMOTE AND PROTECT THE GOOD HEALTH OF PEOPLE SUFFERING WITH MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES AND DISABILITIES, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT LIMITED TO THOSE WITH DEPRESSION, ANXIETY, STRESS AND PTSD, THROUGH COUNSELLING BY PROVIDING A SAFE ENVIRONMENT, TRAINED COUNSELLORS AND THE USE OF ART MEDIUMS SUCH AS PAINTING, SCULPTING, PHOTOGRAPHY AND CRAFTS TO ENCOURAGE A CREATIVE MEANS FOR THE BENEFICIARIES TO EXPRESS THEIR EMOTIONS.

**Activities:** We provide support services for those with mental disorders and disabilities. Provided through the form of counselling and creative media. We support people from all walks of life and any age. From Severe depression to Alzheimer's. We help support any classified mental health problems.Based in South wales and support the south east region of wales.
