Trustees have considered their robust Financial processes and are happy that these are fit for purpose - the charity’s organisational structure and any wider network with which the charity works; - relationship with any related parties; - trustees’ consideration of major risks and the system and procedures to manage them. ## **Section C Objectives and activities** 1) The relief of poverty, financial hardship and sickness and the preservation and protection of good health, wellbeing and personal development of children, in particularly but not exclusively, orphans, **Summary of the objects of the** street children and underprivileged children and their families worldwide; **charity set out in its** 2) The prevention or relief of childhood poverty worldwide by providing **governing document** grants, items and services to individuals in need and/or charities or other organisations working to prevent or relieve poverty; - 3) To provide care in such ways as the charity trustees see fit to children worldwide who have been displaced, are deprived, poor or homeless; **TAR** March **2012** 2 During the last 2 years, the trustees felt it appropriate to put their charity work on hold due to personal family reasons and due to Covid 19. The Trustees had started working with an adviser to plan out what developments they felt would be appropriate and achievable however, due to Covid 19, these plans have been put on hold until after the pandemic.
