**Objects:** THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY IN THE UK AND OVERSEAS BY PROVIDING: GRANTS, ITEMS ANDSERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS IN NEED AND/OR CHARITIES, OR OTHER ORGANISATIONS WORKING TO PREVENT ORRELIEVE POVERTY.TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF YOUNG PEOPLE THROUGH THE PROVISION OF RECREATIONAL AND LEISURE TIMEACTIVITIES PROVIDED IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE, DESIGNED TO IMPROVE THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.

**Activities:** Wishing Foundation supports small organisations who are working directly with children in their country by donating small amounts of money, in a planned and agreed way, which will support the children in practical ways building life skills which the children can take with them throughout their adult lives.  Organisations have to agree and adhere to a partnership plan with monitoring and evidence.
