**Objects:** TO PROMOTE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC THE CONSERVATION PROTECTION AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE PHYSICAL AND NATURAL ENVIRONMENT OF WARNHAM LOCAL NATURE RESERVE, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY (A) ADVANCING THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC ABOUT ALL ASPECTS OF THE NATURAL HISTORY OF THE RESERVE AND (B) PROMOTING BIOLOGICAL DIVERSITY.

**Activities:** The charity supports the maintenance of Warnham Local Nature Reserve in West Sussex for the benefit of both the general public and the wildlife of the reserve. We manage the Visitor Centre (collecting entrance fees and providing a small cafe offering), run events to engage and educate all ages, and have funded additional amenities including bird hides and live web-cams.
