**Activities:** The Objects of the Charity are, to relieve the needs of people living in the areas of Swansea and Neath Port Talbot who are disadvantaged by reason of age, ill-health or disability, by the provision of support, assistance, facilities, amenities and services to such people in respect of their housing and surrounding environment
