Assistant Director of Property and Investment **1. Apologies for absence** Apologies were received from Councillor Dorrington and Terry Norton. **2. Minutes of previous meeting** - The minutes of the meeting on 20 November 2024 were approved as a correct record. **3. Legal Advice on Transfer of Omega Centre** Peter Baulf provided the Trustees with legal advice on the transfer of the Omega Centre. ## **4. Trust Financial Statements for Approval** - Karen Kenneally-Saleh ran through the financial statements which had been provided prior to the meeting. She also ran through the report from the independent examiner, Mark Gotting which had concluded that no matters had come to the examiners attention and that proper and accurate records had been prepared which complied with statutory accounting requirements. The Trustees approved the financial statements and agreed to the continuation of Mark Gottig as independent examiner. ## **5.
