The objects of MAM UK, for the public benefit of people in Myanmar (and any other regions the trustees may see fit from time to time), are: (1) the relief of sickness and the preservation of health; and (2) the relief of need, hardship and distress. |

| During the period under review, having regard to guidance issued by the Charity Commission on Public Benefit, the Trustees made donations to Medical Action Myanmar (MAM), which is registered as a charitable organisation with the Chamber of Commerce in Amsterdam under number 34345953. MAM is a medical aid organisation established in 2009, whose mission is to improve access to health care for the poorest people living in Myanmar. MAM supports a network of Community Health Workers to provide health care in some of the most remote villages in Myanmar, and operates static clinics both in rural areas and in the poorest parts of the capital, Yangon. |

CHARITY COMMISSION FOR ENGLAND AND WALES Independent examiner's report on the accounts Section A Independent Examiner's Report Report to the trusteesl members of Medical Action Myanmar UK On accounts for the year ended 31 December 2024 Charity no (if any) 1171847 Set out on pages one I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (Yhe Trust.) for the year ended 3111212024 Responsibilities and As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation basis of report of the accounts in accordan with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 {he Acf). I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145{5){b) of the Act. I have completed my examination.
