Message from the Board of Trustees London, December 2024
Dear all,
Please find below an update on our activities in 2024.
This year brought a few operational challenges. One of our trustees was on maternity leave, and at the same time Khyber Girls Medical College underwent internal management transitions. These factors caused some delays in our communications and payment scheduling.
Despite these challenges, we successfully funded the scholars for both the 2023 and 2024 academic years, consolidating the payment into a single transfer to KGMC during 2024. As always, we remain fully committed to supporting underprivileged female students pursuing Medicine in the KPK region of Pakistan.
We continue to operate with no paid staff, and all trustees work entirely on a pro-bono basis. Our funding continues to come from trustees, their friends, and their families.
Below is a summary of our financial results for the year ended 31 December 2024.
