## NCBA Trustee Report Nov 2024

The NCBA has found that there is a need for more teachers in the county as it has been reported from our few teachers that they have waiting lists of pupils. To address this the NCBA will fund ‘teach the teacher’ courses once clubs have submitted attendees. The number of competitions organised by the NCBA has been reduced as support for these events had waned, however it is encouraging to note that participation at competitions had not decreased further and had, in fact, increased in some cases. The NCBA will also run a club directors course during 2025 for all clubs in the county.
