2020 marked the second full year of the Charity’s existence. Having taken over the lease of the community centre on 18[th] December 2019 the centre continued to operate serving the local community. Unfortunately, after only three months of operation, the Covid-19 pandemic struck, and the centre remained closed completely until September 2020. Welsh Government restrictions meant that virtually none of our regular activities were able to restart during the autumn. However, the centre was used for a free tablet course provided by Coleg Cambria and for flu vaccinations by the local GP. We were fortunate to receive support during the year from the Coop Community Fund as well as Leeswood and Pontblyddyn Community Council.
