Unfortunately. all of our office bearers of our Charity have had several challeroes during this period. mainly to ill health, majix road aGGident and personal health thallenges, which has resuiled in the reportiro delays. During the year under review our ch continu8d to support South AS1 Patients, Carer8 and Communities INing wrth health ojndits'ons such as Diabetes, canr, ResF4ratory, Mental Health, OffJan, Blood and Stem Cell, Covid-19 vaccirn h881tancy and other r81atsd ailments. We have over ihe ¢x)urse of this year fonnej strong partnerships aThJ collab)ration with many national and lotsl organisations, such as Macmillan. Roche, NHS Race H8alth Observatory, NHS England and NHS Leicester, Leitershire RUand, NHS Core 20 Plus 5, Health Inequalities Project, Leicester City Council Public Hèalth, Universty HosrAtals of Leicester, National Voices arKI Egalty Health and other such organisations. We also support olher Charities suth as Los, Diabetes UK and otr local community arKI farth led organisations. We focused on recruibng and training new volunteers through our community connectors programs. who then knere equipped to help SUPFQrt people in the South Asian Communities. We present our annual report tog8ther with the financial statements of South Aslan Health Action for the year erKled 31 St Dernber 2023 We o)nfirm that the annual report and financial statements of the charity comply with the currert statutory requirements, the requirements of the Charitys goveming document, and the provision of the Statements of Recommended Practice (SORP).
