neighbourhood without distinction of sex, race or of political, religious or other
opinions by associating the local authorities, voluntary and other organisalions
and said residents in a common effort to advance education and lo provide

charity 502900. However, due lo complications with the existing lease,
the charity is still Irading under the old registration and all funds are in
that charity. Asset transfer has not yel taken place.
The charity will provide. amaleur sports activities, economic community

for indoor and outdoor activities.

Achievements and performance
The ￿ntre has been well used by the public for recreational activities,
wedding5, parties. Additionally short-term hire by sporting activity groups,
also slage shows by touring companies.

during tho year
A pre-school is also run at the centre providing benefit to Ihe local
community.
Further regular activities taking place at the centre include Bingo, Yoga,
Karate and Fitness Classes.
Currently funds are in the old charity name and will be transferred across
once the transfer of assets is ready to take place.

charity's policy on reserves
The reserves should be in the region of six months, rentals - £12,000.
The Association needs lo maintain a reserve to keep the building in a
good stale of repair arid have sufficienl funds to meet day to day running
costs. As the Association is dependent on rentals of the building, it needs
a reserve lo enable il to cope with any fall in income. The reserve policy
will be reviewed at least every three years.
