Report of the Governing Body for the Year Ended 31 March 2021

The governors present their report together with the income and expenditure account for the year ended 31[st] March 2021 and the balance sheet as at 31[st] March 2021.

1.- Trustees responsibilities

The Trustees are responsible for preparing an annual report and financial statements in accordance with applicable law and regulations which include UK Accounting Standards and United Kingdom Generally Accepted Accounting Practice (UK GAAP)- Statement of Recommended Practice applicable to charities and Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (FRSSE) (effective 1[st] January 2015).

The Trustees are responsible for keeping adequate accounting records that are sufficient to show and explain the transactions and disclose with reasonable accuracy at any time the Charity’s financial position. They are also responsible for safeguarding the assets of the company and hence for taking reasonable steps for the prevention and detection of fraud and other irregularities.
