Pension commithients
The Cc¥npany operates a derM￿d contrtJyt*)n pension scheme. The assets of the scheme are held
paratety from those of the Company in an indepènderttty admini$lered fund. Tha pension cost charge
represents conlrknut￿$ payable by the Ccynpany to the fund and amounted k> £12.400 (2022- £2.4021.
Included in cther creditus at the year end is ￿ anount of £2,24212022 - £5071 of outstandng pension
¢OnlrtsJt￿S due.
21. Other financlal commilments
Al 31 Juty 2023 the Company has ente￿￿ into commitments amounts.ng lo £955.006 {2022 - £324,417) in
resped ol funding for focal teams. These commrtments, extending unlfl 31 March 2026 are contingent on
the receipt of recprcral ThYaTd d(rf￿ll0nS to the Ccrfnpany fr￿￿ existirvJ partners.
