**Objects:** TO ADVANCE AND PROMOTE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH (INCLUDING THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF SICKNESS, DISEASE OR HUMAN SUFFERING) FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC AND IN PARTICULAR (BUT WITHOUT LIMITATION) THE HEALTH, SICKNESS, DISEASE OR HUMAN SUFFERING OF FORMER MEMBERS OF HER MAJESTY'S ARMED FORCES, INCLUDING THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL EFFECTS ASSOCIATED WITH POST TRAUMATIC STRESS DISORDER.

**Activities:** The Mountain Way assists UK military veterans suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).  We deliver programmes that enable PTSD victims to confront their challenges in surroundings conducive to progress and development.  The key concept of veteran peer-to-peer support is used to stimulate post-traumatic growth and permit sufferers to re-occupy a more positive place in society.
